We gathered in the classroom to write thank you cards then circled up for prayer and goodbyes. Our gracious hosts gave us each gift bags and breakfast to go, and we loaded up the vans beside the street and left.

We said goodbye to the New York City skyline and drove toward a new skyline: Baltimore! In early afternoon, we arrived and settled in at Hampden Mennonite Church, which has a newly-acquired rectory. For a few hours, we enjoyed solitude, rest, tea, and/or organ music in the attached sanctuary from our very own organ student, Joshua.

In the evening, the students joined the Johns Hopkins International Fellowship for supper and discussion time with international students.
